Christmas In July - Sent

It's time to show you what I made for my partner Peg in the Christmas In July swap.

This came as a kit, I just wish that the reindeer were fussy cut better so each hexie could display one.

A cross stitched pillow.

And the vintage teddy wall hanging piece I showed in an earlier post.

I have started stitching on my Carriage House Samplings Alphablocks again and am currently working on the "A" block.  I have also recently finished a small baby change mat/coverlet for my Cousin who is expecting a baby next month, I will share a picture in my next post.

Until next time, happy stitching

Christmas In July - Received

I was the lucky recipient of my Christmas In July goodies from Noela.
Words cannot describe how thrilled I am with what she made for me, they are all gorgeous and will be cherished as special Christmas pieces every year.

A sweet stitchery hanging ornie

Mini wallhanging

Amazing table runner

Thank you Noela.
And thank you Cheryll for all your organising.  Another fun year!

I will wait to show what I sent, as my partner is unable to open her parcels until today, due to her attending a retreat, so I will be back with another post shortly.
Until next time, happy stitching

CIJ Sent & More Stash

My Christmas In July parcel has been safely delivered to the post office and will be making it's way to my partner over the next week.
This swap I had to seriously get my butt into gear and drag that mojo back .  Three pieces had to be made, and I did it!!! A mix of cross stitch and sewing pieces.  I really hope that my partner will like them.

I also used my birthday gift certificate that my parents gave me for 123stitch and purchased these stash goodies.  I'm starting to get into the Christmas mood.

Until next time, happy stitching
Lisa
